How to register
- Log in to your AMSNDC member account and register by November 30. Not a member? Join here.
- Book your hotel in our group block (link below) by January 9.
- Adding a social guest or tour? Register yourself first, then email manager@amsndc.org and we'll send an updated invoice. Guests and tours can be added any time before the registration deadline, but tours can sell out before then, so please sign up early to save your spot.
Hotel: El Conquistador Resort
100 Avenida El Conquistador, Fajardo, Puerto Rico
$339/night, plus resort fee and tax. All attendees stay a minimum of 4 nights. Extra nights up to 3 days before or after may be available; please confirm before booking flights.

Getting here
- Fly into San Juan (SJU), about 45–55 minutes from the resort.
- Round-trip airport transfers are included. Submit your flight info by January 4 to reserve your seat.
- Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory, so U.S. citizens don't need a passport.
