All registered attendees must stay at the meeting hotel a minimum of 4 nights.  Additional nights at the group rate ±3 days outside of conference dates may be available for extending your stay - please confirm availability before booking your flights.  

Room bed types will be accommodated as available (ocean/garden view). 

If you will be bringing more than one (1) registered social guest, please contact manager@amsndc.org to confirm additional charges and room availability. There is an additional charge for 3rd & 4th guests in a room.
