What is the AMSNDC Leadership Fellows Program? The program is designed to:

• Offer neuroscience faculty members historically underrepresented as chairs and directors of neuroscience units, to observe, network, and participate in the annual meeting of neuroscience unit leaders.
• Cover the cost for Leadership Fellows to travel to the annual AMSNDC Meeting.
• Through attendance and interaction, help Leadership Fellows determine whether pursuit of neuroscience leadership career path is right for them, and if so, how to achieve success.
