Hotel Reservations
All Hotel reservations must be booked through AMSNDC. Rooms booked outside our block will not be eligible for our discounted group rate. AMSNDC room rate is $598/nt. Single/Double (up to 2 adults) and are ALL-INCLUSIVE. Minimum 3 night stay. During registration, you will be able to select up to 5 nights (earliest arrival-Feb. 3 / latest departure Feb. 8).
The AMSNDC group rate is available for up to 3 days pre/post the meeting dates on a space available basis, so please request additional nights EARLY to guarantee availability. Once you have registered and reserved your meeting nights online, contact manager@amsndc.org to request an extended stay. Confirm your hotel nights before booking any flights.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds, less $100 cancellation fee, will be processed up to Nov 1, 2024. After that date, we are unable to provide refunds as we are contractually obligated to the hotel and our event vendors. Substitutions will be accepted. To cancel your registration and request a refund or transfer to another colleague, please contact Karen Gottlieb at manager@amsndc.org.
